Its bright shade immediately catches the eye: at first sight Undici captivates with its vibrant straw yellow and intrigues with its fine and persistent foam, which releases in the glass and delicately accompanies it to the palate. The grapes offer a wide variety of fragrances to this sparkling white wine, full of precious fruity and floral aromas
pleasantly tickling the nose. The result is a symphony of aromas which is also reflected in its taste: Undici is soft, with good body, persistent and well-balanced, including in terms of acidity. To be served at 8 °C, this refined Prosecco Superiore “Rive” is an excellent aperitif and a splendid wine for any occasion, to be paired in particular with delicate fruit pastry and focaccia bread.
The wonderful drinkability of Extra Dry is a feeling that is released upon mere sight, with the traditional bright straw yellow shade of the Prosecco and its silky bubbles, the product of a long refermentation process, which fascinate you at first glance. Its pleasant, typically fruity aroma leaves a characteristic scent of golden apple, peach
and acacia blossom. Refreshing to the palate, this sparkling wine with a dry character holds a pleasant and well-balanced residual sugar content, which nevertheless does not hide its perceivable mineral note. To be served at 8 °C, Extra Dry is an excellent aperitif wine, which can also be paired with white meats and savory dishes or enhance the taste of delicate fruit pastries.
VIGNA DEL CUC
At a first glance, Vigna del Cuc stands out thanks to its bright straw yellow, but also reveals all its “brut” personality with a fine, silky and persistent perlage, obtained through a long re-fermentation process. Its pleasant and fruity aroma offers refreshing hints of green apple. Its structured grapes make Vigna del Cuc finely sapid and fleshy: it is dry and harmonious to the palate, while its enjoyable foam leaves a long-lasting tinkling of bubbles. The low residual sugar allows a pleasant mineral note. Excellent as an aperitif, Vigna del Cuc is to be served at 8 °C. Given its good acidity level, it can be used to balance out cold cuts, cured meats and fatty dishes, but it can also accompany an entire meal with lighter and more delicate dishes.
Its brightness is due to thousands of lively tiny bubbles which form a fine, persistent foam cap. In this swirl of beads, its color is of a delicate pale straw yellow. As you bring the glass to your lips, your nose smells the very pleasant, typically fruity aroma of green apple with slight notes of field grass. The ideal serving temperature is 8 °C, and should remain constant for the aperitif or for any toast including those between meals.
Bewitched by the persistent bubbles and the brightness of the flute, emotions gather while you bring the edge of the glass to your lips. The moment is suspended between the bright straw yellow and the gust of aromas enveloping and capturing you: golden apple above all, wild flowers and the very fine notes of wisteria and acacia. It pairs well with the whole meal if composed of light spring dishes, otherwise it becomes the right choice for an aperitif to entertain
guests before lunch or dinner. It is essential to keep it fresh at a constant temperature of 8 °C.
