PRODUCTION AREA: Company vineyards on the upper part of the Tenuta Col Sandago estate, in the municipality of Susegana, province of Treviso
VINIFICATION: Soft pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation
SECONDARY FERMENTATION: Secondary fermentation in an autoclave for approximately 60 days at a constant temperature of 16-18°C. This is followed by filtration and cold stabilisation
BOTTLING: Isobaric, after sterile filtration of the sparkling wine
PERLAGE: fine and persistent.
COLOUR: bright straw-yellow.
AROMA: pleasing, fruity.
FLAVOUR: soft, harmonious and persistent.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5% Vol
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 17 g/l
