The Winery

The Case Bianche winery is located in the municipality of Susegana, in the province of Treviso. The advanced facility, featuring innovative equipment, enables the company to achieve high standards of quality in the production of sparkling, lightly sparkling and still wines.

Careful working of the vineyards and the various cultivation practices – pruning and thinning and selecting bunches – are performed while fully respecting the environment.

The winery is divided into spacious, bright areas that separate the various grape processing stages:

  • Destemming and crushing
  • Pressing
  • Refrigeration of the musts
  • Fermentation of the wines
  • Secondary fermentation in modern pressurized stainless steel tanks
  • Bottling
  • Storing the bottled wine at a controlled temperature

Electronic management of the entire production cycle allows data to be recorded so that the distinctive qualitative features of each wine remain unchanged over time.

Respecting the delicate environmental balance from an architectural perspective, the new winery is located near the vineyards to minimize grape quality loss during transport.

The winery also has a shop for wine connoisseurs as well as people with a new interest in wine. In addition to wine, it offers a selection of products from Martino Zanetti: excellent Hausbrandt coffee, award-winning Theresianer beer and elegantly packaged products ideal for holidays and special occasions.
