The Winery

È nel comune di Susegana, in provincia di Treviso, che nasce la cantina Col Sandago. La struttura d’avanguardia, dotata di attrezzature assolutamente innovative, permette di raggiungere elevati standard qualitativi nella produzione di vini spumanti, frizzanti e tranquilli.

La cura attenta dei vigneti e delle diverse pratiche culturali, quali potatura, diradamenti e selezioni dei grappoli, si svolgono nel pieno rispetto della natura.

The winery is divided into spacious, bright areas which separate the different grape processing stages:

  • Destemming and soft pressing
  • Pressing
  • Must refrigeration
  • Wine fermentation
  • Sparkling process in modern stainless steel autoclaves
  • Bottling
  • Storage of the bottled wine at a controlled temperature

Electronic management of the full production cycle allows data storage so that the qualitative features of each wine remain constant over time.

Respecting the delicate environmental balance from an architectural point of view, the new winery is located close to the vineyards to minimize quality loss when transporting the grapes.

The winery also has a shop for wine connoisseurs as well as those with a new interest in wine. In addition to wine, it also offers the excellent Hausbrandt coffees, the award-winning Theresianer beers and elegantly packaged products that are ideal for special celebrations and holidays.
